Hi, I’m Stephanie, a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping you relax, reset, and feel at home in your body again. I believe massage should be both therapeutic and deeply restorative, tailored to what your body needs each day. My Swedish massage sessions are delivered with a slow, intentional, and softer touch, designed to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and promote full-body relaxation. I focus on creating a peaceful experience where you can fully unwind, breathe deeper, and release tension without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. For clients needing more targeted work, I also offer deep tissue massage, which focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique uses slower, more focused pressure to help release chronic tension, knots, and tight areas often caused by stress, posture, or physical activity. While it can be more intense, it is always adjusted to your comfort level and your body’s response.
